Il y a-t-il un risque à supprimer une dll ?

Bonsoir,

Pour cause de dysfonctionnement affectant d'autres programmes, j'ai dû désinstaller Nero 11 via -> panneau de configuration -> Ajout/suppression de programmes.
Si cette opération semble s'être déroulée sans problème j'ai constaté que de très nombreux fichiers notamment de version antérieur restaient en place.

Bien que pas très recommandé, j'ai tenté une suppression via -> l'explorateur Windows -> C/Program files/Nero/Nero 11/Nero BackItUp et il y eu
refus de de suppression pour le fichier : NBDes.dll.

La supprimer de cette manière comporte-i-il un risque et sinon comment la supprimer ?
Peut être que ce refus affectera d'autres fichiers... quelle attitude adopter ?

As-tu vérifié s'il ne restait pas des services associés à Nero 11 qui seraient restés actifs et en démarrage automatique?
Dans ce cas, il faut les arrêter et les désactiver.


Peux-tu confirmer le nom NBDes.dll et non NBRes.dll?

Bonjour et merci Nick... il est agréable de trouver de l'aide lorqu'on se trouve dans la panade.

Je ne savais trop où trouver des services associés à NERO 11 qui seraient actifs et en démarrage automatique.
Peut être avec l'utilitaire de configuration système -> services -> puis -> démarrage ? et comment les désactiver ?

Peu importe d'ailleurs dans l'instant puisque en voulant précisément identifier la Dll citée hier... j'ai retenté une suppression
qui s'est exécutée comme par enchantement.

Reste un seul fichier récalcitrant : mxfilerelatedcache.mxc2 qui ouvert avec bloc notes donne ceci :

Faut-il le supprimer et comment ?

En ouvrant l'utilitaire "Windows Install Clean Up" traînent aussi ces résiduels :

Puis-je tenter une suppression avec cet utilitaire ?

Bonsoir,

Le fichier mxfilerelatedcache.mxc2 est en relation avec un logiciel Magix.

Il contient les "vignettes" des fichiers image/vidéo.
C'est un fichier caché.
S'il est supprimé, il sera recréé automatiquement lors de la prochaine exploration du dossier par un logiciel Magix.


Je suppose que tu veux parler de Windows Installer Cleanup

Ce programme a été retiré du site Microsoft car "il endommageait parfois d'autres composants installés sur l'ordinateur".

Il ne faut donc plus l'utiliser.

Ce que tu vois c'est une liste de ce qui a été installé avec Windows Installer.

Microsoft propose plusieurs méthodes, automatiques ou manuelles, de correction des erreurs avec Windows Installer.

Si tu ne comptes pas réinstaller Nero, tu peux laisser cette liste inchangée.



Pour obtenir une liste de tous les services:

Étape 1: OTL (de OldTimer), téléchargement
Télécharger OTL.exe depuis l'un des liens ci-dessous:

http://www.itxassociates.com/OT-Tools/OTL.exe
Enregistrer ce fichier sur le Bureau.


Étape 2: OTL (de OldTimer), analyse
Fermer toutes les fenêtres de programme ouvertes.

Faire un double clic sur OTL.exe pour lancer l'outil.
Pour Vista/7, faire un clic droit sur OTL.exe puis choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur" pour lancer l'outil.

L'écran principal de OTL s'affiche:


Cliquer sur le bouton Aucun:


Cocher (en haut) la case située devant Tous les utilisateurs:


Dans le paragraphe Services, cocher le bouton radio situé devant Tous.

Puis cliquer sur le bouton Analyse:


Laisser l'outil travailler sans l'interrompre.
Lorsque l'outil a terminé, il y a ouverture d'une fenêtre du Bloc-notes contenant un rapport (log).
Fermer le Bloc-notes.
Fermer la fenêtre de OTL.


Étape 3: Résultat
Envoyer en réponse:
*- le rapport principal de OTL (contenu du fichier OTL.Txt situé sur le Bureau).
Le rapport envoyé sur le forum doit se terminer par une ligne contenant <End of report>. Si ce n'est pas le cas, il est incomplet, et doit alors être découpé en plusieurs messages.

D'abord comme tu l'as préconisé, j'ai :
1 - Sujet Magix : je ne l'utilise plus. Je suppose que le fichier cité résulte d'un essai (non satisfaisant) que j'avais fait une version trial.
2 - désinstallé Windows Installer Cleanup ;
3 - exécuté une analyse des "Services" par OTL.exe. Je n'ai rien vu relatif à Nero.

4 - Je prévois réinstaller Nero V11 ou V12 en "terrain net". Pourrais-tu m'indiquer s'il est conseillé et utile de supprimer, sans trop de risques, plusieurs fichiers identiques à ceux
qui figurent dans la copie d'écran suivante : (En réalité il s'agit d'une image recomposée... pour éviter l'encombrement j'ai viré les "très similaires)

1 - Pourquoi et pour quoi Nero :
- Réaliser et finaliser mes montages video : je le considère - peut être à tort - assez performant et pratique (peut être il y a t-il mieux) J'utilise également Pinnacle Studio V14 (carte d'acquisition
Pinnacle Movieboard PLUSPCI)qui constitue en quelque sorte un double avec Nero).
- Graver mes CD, de DVD et Blu-ray ;
- Conversion de fichiers video et audio;
- Réaliser mes travaux audio avec NeroWaveEditor.
Cependant je concède que cet ensemble d'applications est assez lourd et m'a causé nombre de soucis... notamment - si on peut le dire ainsi - avec des conflits avec Microsoft NET Framework

2 - Que contiennent les dossiers ? Je doute te fournir une réponse satisfaisante; D'ailleurs certains n'existent plus (est-ce dû à un nettoyage Ccleaner ?)
