Impossible d'éteindre ou de redemmarrer l'ordianteur log hij

Bonjour tout le monde,

Suite à une infection par un trojan (gen 32 qqch) j'ai installer partizan antirootkit qui m'as virer le trojan mais depuis impossible d'éteindre ou de redemarrer mon Pc autrement que par le bouton arrete ou reset.Lorsque je selectionn arreter ou redemarrer via le menu DEMARRER je reste coincé sur "fermeture de windows en cours".

Que dit l'Observateur d'événements lors d'une tentative d'arrêt du PC?
Démarrer--->Paramètres--->Panneau de configuration--->Outils d'administration--->Observateur d'événements
Voir dans Application, Sécurité et Système s'il y a des icônes rouges ou jaunes.
