Does the issue happen to all the files or to some specific files? Please specify the location of these files on your computer.
Could you send us the sample PDF files, the log file(s) you can find at C:/Users/--USER--/Icecream PDF Editor/log/ (where --USER-- stands for your username on your computer, for example Fother) and the screenshot of your computer's technical specs? It can help us to understand the problem. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.
I respond to your requests by enclosing the following documents :
the successive screenshots at the opening of Icecream PDF Editor, then double click on a recent document, then double click on the thumbnail (and that's where I'm blocked),
the 3 PDF files I opened in your software,
the system information of my computer
and the folder containing the "log" files.
